Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation
Strong relationships are the foundation of healthy child development. When classrooms feel overwhelmed — by challenging behaviors, staff stress, or complex family dynamics — reflective consultation provides steady, thoughtful support.
Reflective consultation is a collaborative partnership that supports children, teachers, and programs as a whole.
I work alongside educators and leaders to:
-
Understand the meaning behind challenging behaviors
-
Support parent-teacher communication
-
Strengthen adult–child relationships
-
Improve classroom climate and team communication
-
Build lasting capacity within your program and reduce staff turnover
As an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health therapist and former Early Childhood Educator, my knowledge becomes a resource for educators to use when connecting with the children they care for.
Consultation is a Partnership
Adults deserve the same care and understanding that children deserve. Consultation is a private, non-judgmental space where educators can put down their burdens, speak openly, and get support.
You are the experts in your children, your classrooms, and your community. I bring specialized training in early childhood mental health and neurodiversity. Together, we integrate our perspectives to create sustainable change.
